FESTIVAL RULES

By purchasing a ticket or entering the festival with any other valid accreditation, all visitors automatically accept and agree to these rules.

ENTRY

Kolorádó Festival opens on Wednesday, 15 July 2026 at 16:00 and closes on Sunday, 19 July 2026 at 08:00.

Generations can meet here – but it matters how. Children under the age of 12 may enter free of charge. Visitors under 16 may only attend under parental supervision, or accompanied by an adult carrying written parental authorization. Visitors under 18 will receive a distinctive wristband, as alcoholic beverages may not be served to them. Minors found on the festival grounds after 22:00 without parental supervision may be removed from the venue.

To enforce these rules, festival staff may request proof of age from anyone wishing to enter. You may refuse to provide identification, but in that case entry cannot be granted.

Entry to and presence at Kolorádó is permitted only with a valid wristband, which is issued in exchange for your ticket at the entrance. Please keep your original ticket, as it may be required for verification. Wristbands are checked continuously both at entry and exit points and throughout the festival grounds. If you are not wearing a valid wristband, you must leave the festival area.

Please take care of your wristband. If you leave the festival with a damaged or torn wristband, we cannot guarantee re-entry, and we accept no responsibility for any inconvenience resulting from this.

If you have a festival pass, you may leave and re-enter the site freely. However, please follow our announcements, as in the event of full capacity it may take time before re-entry can be granted. Day tickets are valid until 10:00 on the following day.

A two-day pass grants one person access to two consecutive festival days. The pass is valid only for the specific festival days indicated in the ticket type. The rights attached to the pass cannot be split, modified, or transferred between days.

Legal action will be taken against ticket counterfeiters and anyone involved in ticket fraud. All tickets contain unique serial numbers and copy protection features, which are actively verified.

Our official secondary ticketing partner is TicketSwap. If you wish to sell your ticket or purchase one safely from another attendee, we recommend using TicketSwap.

Complaints regarding tickets, payments, or change returned cannot be accepted after leaving the ticket office.

Entry to and exit from the festival grounds is permitted only through the designated official entrances. Attempting to enter via other routes is strongly discouraged: the surrounding area is hazardous, uneven, and overgrown. Remember that wristbands are checked throughout the festival site.

Anyone attempting to enter the festival without a valid ticket or pass via unauthorized routes will be removed from the venue during security checks, accompanied by the authorities if necessary, after paying the applicable festival pass fee and having an official report filed. Unauthorized entry endangers other attendees and the lawful operation of the festival.

Vehicle access to the festival grounds is prohibited, except for those holding special authorization. Please use the transportation options listed in the “Getting Here” section. Cars may only be parked in the designated external parking area. Vehicles parked illegally or driven into restricted areas may be removed by the authorities, and their owners may face penalties.

You are welcome to arrive by bicycle. Bicycle parking is available near the entrance and parking area. While we will do our best to keep an eye on your bike, we cannot accept responsibility for it. All bicycles must be removed by Sunday at 08:00 to allow dismantling work to begin.

STAYING ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS

Anyone whose behaviour endangers the life, physical safety, property, property rights, or personal security of others, damages the environment, behaves in a disorderly manner, provokes police intervention, incites hostility against social groups, or disrupts the peaceful atmosphere of the festival may be removed from the festival grounds.

Entry may be denied to anyone who refuses the required security screening, cannot prove their age with valid identification, or has previously been removed from the festival for violating these rules.

Kolorádó is private property. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to or remove individuals who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaving disruptively, disturbing others, or posing a risk to themselves or others. The use of illegal drugs at the festival is strictly prohibited.

Anyone who damages or steals festival property may be removed from the festival by the organizers or their representatives. Regardless of the value of the damage, a police report may also be filed.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission if they believe a guest’s behaviour, appearance, or mental condition makes them unsuitable for participation in the festival. Anyone behaving aggressively, acting in a way that is incompatible with the atmosphere of the festival, or being excessively intoxicated or under the influence of other substances may be removed from the site after a warning and may have their wristband confiscated.

If you witness any disturbance or dangerous situation, please report it immediately to festival staff or security personnel.

Anyone removed from the festival due to a violation of these rules is not entitled to a refund of their ticket or pass.

Alcoholic beverages may not be sold to anyone under the age of 18. Staff may request valid identification before serving alcohol.

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

Commercial activities, catering services, promotional activities, demonstrations, or organized group actions may only take place with prior written permission from the organizers. Unauthorized activities may be terminated by festival staff both within the festival grounds and on access roads leading to the festival.

All visitors must comply with the instructions of festival staff, organizers, police officers, firefighters, and disaster management authorities.

Camping is permitted only in the designated camping area. Camping elsewhere is strictly prohibited and may be dangerous.

Even if you are a considerate festival-goer, we ask that you do not leave the official festival area. The surrounding areas may be dangerous, and we can only assume legal responsibility for your safety within designated festival zones. If you cross the barriers marking the festival boundaries, please be aware that you are entering an area where conditions may be hazardous and where festival staff may not be able to assist you or notice if you become unwell, injured, or otherwise require help. Anyone found violating this rule, particularly during nighttime hours, may be removed from the festival and have their wristband confiscated.

The new venue contains several buildings, including agricultural buildings and a castle. Some of these will host festival programs and may be entered only in accordance with their designated purpose and any on-site signage. Other buildings are fenced off and strictly off-limits due to their condition and potential safety hazards. Information about accessible buildings can be found on the festival map and on-site signs.

Lighting fires and using open flames anywhere on the festival grounds is strictly prohibited. This includes campfires, grills, gas stoves, candles, and similar devices. If you wish to eat or warm up, please use the festival's catering services and designated areas. The use of pyrotechnic devices is also strictly prohibited.

Please take special care of the natural environment and do not litter. Kolorádó takes place in an area of exceptional natural beauty, and we ask that all waste, cigarette butts, food leftovers, and other rubbish be disposed of in the designated bins. Please encourage your friends to do the same. Treat the trees, bushes, flowers, and wildlife with care and respect.

Swimming in any lakes, streams, ponds, or other natural bodies of water located on or near the festival grounds is prohibited. For your own safety and to protect the environment, please do not use these waters for bathing or swimming.

Please look out for one another and help keep fellow festival-goers safe. Any health-related issues should be reported immediately to the medical staff on duty, who are available 24 hours a day throughout the festival. The location of the medical services point can be found on the festival map.

ITEMS AND SUBSTANCES

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Alcohol

  • Illegal drugs

  • Commercial quantities of food or beverages

  • Glass containers larger than 100 ml

  • Large quantities of prescription or non-prescription medication

  • Flammable materials

  • Pyrotechnic devices

  • Items considered dangerous to public safety

Any prohibited items discovered during entry checks must be surrendered for storage or confiscation in accordance with applicable regulations.

If you require prescription medication, please bring only the quantity necessary for the duration of your stay and keep a valid medical prescription or doctor's certificate with you.

Examples of prohibited items include: camping gas canisters, hookahs / shishas, perfume bottles larger than 100 ml, glass water bottles, any glass container larger than 100 ml, pocket knives, large knives, folding knives, metal cutlery. These items cannot be brought into the festival. However, in some cases they may be stored for a fee in the valuables storage facility located at the entrance.

Please make sure to collect any stored items before the festival closes at 08:00 on Sunday. After that time, we cannot guarantee their safekeeping. If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, please contact us before arriving.

We recommend bringing:

  • A flashlight or headlamp

  • Warm clothing

  • Mosquito repellent

  • Sunscreen

  • A sleeping bag

  • A blanket

  • A small pillow

  • A ball or frisbee

  • Sunglasses

  • Wooden or plastic cutlery

While dogs are not prohibited from entering the festival grounds, we strongly discourage bringing them. Cattle are kept in the immediate vicinity of the festival site, and the presence of dogs may create additional risks. Furthermore, loud music, crowded conditions, the large wooded surroundings, and the presence of wildlife in the area can all create potentially dangerous situations for pets. For the safety and wellbeing of your dog, we kindly ask that you leave them at home.

SOUND, LIGHTING, PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Professional-grade recording equipment may only be used by individuals accredited by the festival.

Drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles may only be operated on the festival grounds or above roads leading to the festival by individuals accredited by the festival and in compliance with all applicable laws and airspace regulations. Unauthorized drone operation is strictly prohibited. Security personnel may require unauthorized drones to be grounded and may remove their operators from the festival grounds.

Visitors may take photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings for personal use only. Such recordings may not be sold, commercially exploited, or otherwise used for commercial purposes. Visitors appearing in recordings may not be identified without their consent, and recordings must not infringe upon the personal rights of others. The organizers accept no responsibility for violations of these rules committed by other visitors.

Photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings will be made at the festival on behalf of the festival and its partners. These materials may be published online and offline, including on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, posters, and in the media. By attending the festival, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of your image, likeness, voice, and participation being recorded and used for promotional, documentary, or archival purposes without compensation.

For security reasons, the festival grounds and surrounding areas are monitored by surveillance cameras, including cameras capable of recording at night.

Visitors may be exposed to intense sound and lighting effects during the festival. Those who are particularly sensitive to such effects should exercise caution when spending time near stages and performance areas.

PROGRAMME CHANGES AND OTHER PROVISIONS

The organizers hope to present the programme as announced but reserve the right to make changes if necessary.

Tickets and festival passes are non-refundable in the event of programme changes. The organizers are not responsible for programme changes resulting from circumstances affecting performers, including accidents, illness, travel disruption, or other unforeseen events.

The festival will be held in rainy or otherwise adverse weather conditions. However, force majeure situations may occur in which public authorities require certain parts of the festival to be suspended, modified, or cancelled in order to protect public safety and prevent injury or damage. The organizers cannot accept responsibility for such circumstances.

The organizers shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or from breaches of obligations that cause harm to human life, physical integrity, or health. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers exclude liability for all other damages, losses, or incidents occurring in connection with attendance at the festival. Ticket prices have been determined with these limitations of liability in mind.

If you have any complaints, suggestions, questions, or feedback regarding catering services, festival staff, facilities, or any other aspect of the event, please contact the staff at one of the Information Points.

If you have questions before the festival, please contact us via Facebook private message or by email.

Thank you for respecting these rules. Have a great festival!
