We look to the future with optimism and believe that in 2027 we can build the best Kolorádó yet, together with you. However, the future of the festival also depends on your support, which is why it is very important what you decide to do with your tickets.
WHY IT IS WORTH KEEPING YOUR KOLORÁDÓ TICKETS
1. Your tickets remain valid for 2027
You do not need to buy new tickets. All passes, day tickets, and accommodation tickets will automatically be transferred to the 2027 edition.
2. You receive a complimentary Thursday Sziget day ticket (or more)
Thanks to Sziget’s generous offer, you won’t have to miss out on a festival experience this year: if you keep your tickets, we’ll give you a free Thursday day ticket to Sziget! This is our way of thanking you for your patience and support. And this year, let’s celebrate together at Sziget!
For every ticket type except camping tickets, you will receive one Thursday Sziget day ticket. This means that if, in addition to your entry ticket, you purchased accommodation such as a Cabin, Caravan/RV, or Bell Tent ticket and you do not request a refund for them, you will also receive one extra Thursday Sziget ticket for each of those.
What do you need to do?
Nothing. Just sit back, enjoy the summer, the Thursday Sziget day tickets will arrive in your inbox by August 12 14:00.
IMPORTANT: In order to receive the complimentary Thursday Sziget tickets, you must not request a refund for any item in your purchase. If you request a refund for your accommodation tickets, you will not be eligible for the Sziget tickets. Your entry ticket, however, will still remain valid for the 2027 festival.

What should I do if I want to use my ticket for Kolorádó 2027 and also go to Sziget on Thursday?
Nothing. Your current Kolorádó tickets will automatically remain valid for 2027, and you will receive your Thursday Sziget day ticket via email by August 12. If you still can't find them by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 12 (not in your inbox, Spam, or Promotions folder) please email us at info@kolorado.hu, and we'll be happy to help.
I don’t understand. How many Sziget tickets do I get per ticket type?
Each ticket type (except camping tickets) is worth one Thursday Sziget day ticket. For example, if you purchased 2 passes, 1 day ticket, 1 Bell Tent ticket, and 2 camping tickets, you will receive 4 Thursday Sziget day tickets.
IMPORTANT: If you request a refund for even one ticket from your purchase (including camping), you will not receive any Sziget day tickets for the remaining tickets either (but non-refunded tickets will still remain valid for Kolorádó 2027).
What are the conditions for receiving the Sziget day ticket?
All tickets in your purchase must remain non-refunded. If even one ticket is refunded, no Sziget day tickets will be issued (but remaining tickets stay valid for 2027).
Can I request a partial refund?
Yes. You will be refunded for the tickets you request. The remaining tickets will stay valid for Kolorádó 2027, but in this case no Sziget day tickets will be issued for any of them.
When will I receive the Sziget day ticket?
The complimentary Sziget Thursday tickets will be sent to you by email on Wednesday, the day before the event. If you still can't find them by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 12 (not in your inbox, Spam, or Promotions folder) please email us at info@kolorado.hu, and we'll be happy to help.
When will I receive my refund if I request one?
All refunds will be processed by August 13. The exact timing depends on your bank; SZÉP card refunds may take longer.
What happens if I do nothing by the deadline?
If you take no action by July 20 at midnight, your tickets will automatically remain valid for the 2027 festival, and you will receive the complimentary Sziget day tickets. After the deadline, refund requests will no longer be possible.
What is the refund request deadline?
July 20, 2026, 23:59.
