Ouissam is a Hong Kong– and Vietnam-based DJ and curator known for shaping local scenes through disco, house, and techno. Founder of Cliché Records and Fragrant Harbour, he has also built clubs and projects like Savage and Snug in Hanoi. His sets move fluidly between disco, house, and techno, blending deep cuts with contemporary groove.
