Sahaja Yoga meditation

In this introduction to Sahaja Yoga, we would like to give you a taste of the joy that we experience during meditation. We invite those interested to try meditation – to experience a calm, thought-free state of consciousness in which we place the essence of our being, the soul, at the center of our attention. The meditation is guided and easy for everyone to follow. We close the program with music and Indian bhajan songs that are appropriate for this peaceful, calm state.
