Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Breathwork
The program begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony that supports quieting the mind, inward attention, and communal connection. Ceremonial cacao has long been used in ancient traditions as part of meditative and spiritual rituals. It gently encourages emotional openness and a deeper connection with oneself, preparing participants for an inner journey.
This is followed by a guided trans breathwork experience, where rhythmic breathing, music, and shamanic drums help expand consciousness. Holotropic-style breathwork supports emotional release, inner healing, and deeper self-exploration within a safe, held space. Through shared presence and conscious breathing, participants can connect more deeply with themselves and with each other.
The session is led by spiritual teacher and sound therapist Gauranga Das, together with trans breathwork and cacao ceremony facilitator Antal Heszberger. Their work integrates breath, music, presence, and spiritual practices to support deeper self-awareness processes.
